The landlord is fantastic and very understanding. The prices are extremely reasonable. It's a quiet and safe community. I've lived here five years now and don't have many issues. People just need to keep their dogs on leashes and it would be perfect.

The landlord does not fix the damaged house on the property overall he's a great landlord he may have problems about pets and odor and dishes but he's OK.
Nice, quiet trailer park, with over 100 lots, free water and sewer hookups...... Electricity through national grid..... Landlord is fantastic..... Any repairs are handled efficiently and quickly.
